The Freeze 24/7 lip plumper has nicotinic acid which produces a slight sensation on the lips, and it also has menthol which gives a cool tingle. Freeze 24/7 lip plumper also has retinol in it. The plumper has a moisturizing yet non-irritating formula.

The lip plumper when applied does tingle but does not sting like other lip plumpers. There is an itchy feeling which goes away after five minutes. It also does not have a strange taste and best of all it is not sticky. Your hair will not stick to it like it does with your other glosses and lipsticks Overall Freeze 24/7 lip plumper is a decent lip plumper which will not overdo the poutiness but give it a nice rosy fullness. Though the smell is really bad and medicinal but the advantages make you ignore them.

Freeze 24/7 lip plumper costs $40 for 0.28 ounces It is a bit expensive but at times can be found online for much less.

The Covergirl lash blast mascara comes in a big bulky orange tube which can be annoying and takes too much space in the makeup bag. For some the large brush can be awkward because it is not the traditional brush shape, instead it is a thick ended with spokes which helps to separate each lash and fully coat it without clumping. With the lash blast mascara lashes will last all day without the mascara clumping or smudging. It is also easy to remove at night unlike the waterproof version which is hard to take off.

It does not add much to the length of the eye lashes but it does give volume. For lengthening an extra layer of lengthening mascara can be put on. The only demerit that the lash blast has is that it loosens the curl on your lashes a bit which goes for almost all the non-waterproof mascaras. For drugstore mascara the covergirl mascara is really good and extremely light on the pocket.

Clinique’s superfit makeup foundation comes in a small plastic bottle and offers 15 different shades. It is not as expensive as other high end foundations. It is a light weight formula which blends well on oily skin but might dry up easily on dry skin. The foundation provides medium coverage which can be built up and does not feel heavy on the face. Its oil controlling properties work for up to three to four hours, after that it is back to the oil blotting sheets.

It covers up flaws pretty well like under eye circles and whiteheads and blemishes. Despite its claim to being transfer resistant this foundation transfers from face to clothing quite easily, and you might find your coat collar full of orange/ beige smudges.

A major snag about this foundation is that it does not contain any SPF which is definitely needed in the summer months.

All in all it is not your Holy Grail foundation but it manages to hold its own amidst the various foundations out there.
