Beyoncé Never Met a Wind Machine She Didn’t Like

Toronto 2006
It’s very rare to see Beyoncé without her waist-grazing locks. That’s because the extra length allows her to get the hair whip effect when she’s belting out the lyrics to her No. 1 hits. This weekend she’ll be on stage with Coldplay at the Super Bowl in San Francisco, and there are sure to be multiple wind cues.

Take a look back at Mrs. Carter’s best performance hair moments. Goodness knows she can flip, whip, shake, and blow her mane like no other. Perhaps you’ll be inspired to do some hairography of your own with “Grown Woman” on repeat.

The bend-and-snap is Bey’s favorite move, as you can see from this London concert in 2006.

Now that Beyoncé’s hair is back to shoulder length, she’s back to her hair choreography. We’re calling this the “I’m sexy and I know it” shrug.
