Adele was performing her hit song ‘Make you feel my love ‘ at the 02 arena in London and in the course of the awesome performance she couldnt help noticing and spotting a man proposing to his girlfriend in the audience. The action and the moment took her by surprize and she immediately yelled that ‘someone had just proposed’.
Her swift and prompt response was to state that she had witnessed a beautiful thing and called the couple to the stage. And as the just engaged couple moved to the stage the huge number of fans in the range of thousands screamed with delight . For the couple it was a memorable happening and could hardly believe the cheers that went up.
Even the footage was heart warming and the lady who was the subject of proposal could not help keeping her tears away.Somehow the lady has not been named but as the couple reached the stage the fiance introduced himself as Johnny.And for the next few minutes Adele is seen excitedly exchanging conversation with the couple. Adele did not hesitate to categorise the moment as ‘lovely’. She also asked that a camera be focused on the couple so that the audience did not miss out on anything.
The just engaged lady was a figure of disbelief and was seen covering her mouth with her hand .As for Johnny,he stood proudly next to her. The bride-to-be revealed to Adele that they have a son together named Alfie, and that her boyfriend had thrown the question at her during the track as ‘it is our song’. The couple also went on to share that their relationship is over 12 years old and this brought up a comment from Adele who quipped , ‘So you’ve been going out longer than I’ve been making music!’ She adds: ‘That was the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed at one of my shows.
Thank you’. The couple then chose to move from the stage and again at that instant ,the singer asked Johnny if the proposal was planned.She also backed up this comment by asking if the marriage date had been set.No ,came the answer and the singer said ‘Okay save up.’Hugs and kisses followed for the couple plus the comments ‘ Lovely to meet you both. Thank you’. Adele was radiating with delight as she played cupid.
