Australia is planning to implement a image tick of approval to modeling agencies, magazines, and fashion labels that will meet the required criteria:

1) Tell people when the images are touched and not to enhance photographs in order to change the real look and feel of the model.
2)
For adult clothing models aged over 16 should be used both for runways and in print.
3)
To use various sizes and different ethnic models for advertising and editorials.
4)
Not to promote cosmetic surgery, rapid weight loss or excessive exercising.

This is a very exciting step taken by the Australian government. Let’s hope the magazines and fashion labels see the sense in this and move ahead with the suggested changes.
