Wendy Williams is single and ready to mingle months after her split from Kevin Hunter.

Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter had been together for 25 years. But the two parted ways a few months ago. Now The Wendy Williams Show host is looking for love because being single is “terrible,” according to her.

Wendy Williams opened up about her dating life on her show. The 56-year-old celebrity held nothing back about her current relationship status.

“25 years being with somebody and then you’re not with somebody and my son’s in Miami and I’m not married anymore,” Williams said per Hollywood Life.

“I don’t cook in this life. My stove hasn’t been touched in months and nor have I,” she added.

Williams said it’s been five months since the last time she had been intimate with someone and when he had to apply some rules and regulations at home. The TV personality then went on saying she is “very very single” and added, “I’m very, very ready for action.”

She concluded her single status as “terrible.”

Williams admitted that she couldn’t wait to get back to dating. But if she ever finds a new man, she will not post him on Instagram. The host said she will not involve her man in her show or on social media.

Following her split from Hunter, there were rumors that Wendy Williams was dating DJ Boof, her talk show DJ. The speculations started after she posted a bunch of photos of them hanging out.

But sources close to Williams denied it.

“They are just really good friends,” the insider said.

Meanwhile, Wendy Williams lost 25 pounds during the quarantine. She looked slimmer and sexier when she returned for the premiere episode of her show.

While many were gaining weight during the lockdown, the TV host shed the extra pounds she packed on over the years. Williams said she didn’t mean to lose weight, but she had no appetite.

“I’ve lost 25 pounds — look!” Williams told her audience per Today. “And I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s just that food became disgusting to me.”
