Adeline Andre

Adeline Andre, the name of success story, dexterity and endowment on international front. She is the Parisian fashion designer battling and winning runways since years and years. This old sophisticated white lady yet not old in fashion anticipation has exclusive flair for fashion and designing and is honored as the head of one of the ten haute couture design houses in Paris.

Adeline Andre was born on 1949 in Bangui, French Equatorial Africa and studied at the School of the Syndicate Chamber of Parisian Couture. She entered the House of Christian Dior in 1970 as an assistant for Haute Couture collections after doing graduation and worked with Marc Bohan. Setting her feet in fashion world till 11 years, she established her own designer house Adeline Andre. Same year she also registered her most famous fashion innovation, the "three sleeve hole" at the French National Intellectual Property Institute. In 1981 she added it to the chronicle of World Intellectual Property Organization. An example of this sleeve is privileged in the collection of French Fashion Museum, the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Fashion Museum in Lisbon.

In May 1997, Adeline Andre became an invited member of the Syndicate Chamber of Parisian Couture. She presented her Fall-Winter 97/98 Couture collection at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art at Boulevard Raspail, as being part of the chamber.

Since that very time she has rocked fashion ramps with her stunning collection and participated many international fashion shows such as Spring-Summer 99 Couture collection in 1999 presenting at Paul SteinitzÕs Studio Rue de Varenne, Spring-Summer 2001 Couture collection in 2001 presenting at Patricia Dorfmann Gallery Rue de laVerrerie, Spring-Summer 2005 Haute Couture collection presenting at Hotel Liberal Bruand, Fall-Winter 2006 Ready-to-Wear collection presenting at Hotel Liberal Bruand to the buyers and the press. Recently Adeline showcased her collection of Haute Couture in Paris Fashion Week 2010 as Lefranc Haute Couture 2011 focusing mainly on yellows and reds in her outfits.

It’s not all of her consistent efforts though there is more to discover about Adeline Andre but the name and struggles that she owns are hard to match.
