Heidi Mount

Heidi Mount was born Heidi Whitworth on April 6, 1987, and signed with Ford models in 2003, launching her career. After marrying her husband, Shawn, she adopted the name that now lends to her in-demand notoriety among the top fashion magazines and runway shows.

Since she began modeling, Heidi has walked the runways for designers like Christian Dior, Chanel, DKNY, Zac Posen, Dries Van Noten, Stella McCartney, Miu Miu, Nina Ricci, and Prada to name a few. She also switched agencies and is currently signed to IMG. As for glossies? She's been seen skipping through the pages of magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Vogue Italia, W, i-D, V Magazine, and Numéro.

She's become a favorite of Karl Lagerfeld, an icon of the industry who's interest in a girl pretty much solidifies her as top-ranked: The designer chose Heidi as the face for the 2009 campaigns. Heidi stepped into some major shoes for the season, as her predecessor was supermodel Claudia Schiffer.
