Fashion designer Dries Van Noten Spring/Summer 2011 collection debuted at Paris Fashion Week. The collection featured masculine lines and angles but feminine details. Details like ombre, pastel colors and wide cuts softened the masculine elements.

Paris Fashion Week is truly underway now, as big name of designer
Dries Van Noten stepped up the plate yesterday afternoon. Eastern influences prevailed throughout: people enjoyed large colorful flowers washing up on lilac silk trousers and loose robes, all showing off an appropriately Spring feel for the show.
The shapes were pretty casual oversized blazers came in cream and black, with linen trousers on the bottom and avaitor
eye wear popping up all over the place. There were plenty of shirts in white and pale blue but a color washout was rescued by colorful suede pumps and clutch bags. Sheer layers, particularly over buttoned up shirts, were ephemeral in ombre effects as the models moved down the catwalk.
