Spring 2011 Trends: The Nature's Garden

Posted on Aug 27th, 2010

Spring 2011 trends are all about nature, from the deep jungles of Africa to a refreshing day at beach to fluttering butterflies; it’s like a nature’s garden encapsulating the spirit of every element from water to fire, from innocent butterfly to wild cats.

The latest Escada Spring 2011 collection is like a canvas painted with landscapes. Its sophisticated lineup of pretty prints and ladylike shapes was inspired by the elements of land, water and fire. It embodies the underwater blues, the softer tones of sky and the brown earthy colors all fused to form a perfect landscape. In addition to that the blazing colors of lava are also used to add a fiery hot touch.

Lala Berlin with its spring 2011 collection is back as ‘The lord of the Jungle’ with its lion tones and a pack of lacquered and sequined leopard prints, knits and even brocade. Designer, Leyla Piedayesh has played with wider, simpler and billowing away in chiffon, sometimes decoratively tucked, sometimes printed and sometimes morphing into overalls in the colors of Jungle, from neutral lion tones to blazing cheetah orange color.

The other brand that is gone natural this spring is Custo Bracelona. For its spring Collection 2011; the brand has opted to go fluttery with its butterfly prints. With its tie-dye leggings and mesh tops, the collection embodies the spirit of tropical grassland full of colorful butterflies. It’s coquettish and flirty in feel that makes it a perfect choice for a weekend in the beautiful Island of Ibiza.

Camouflage yourself with nature’s colors this spring for this season is a celebration of nature with all its colors.
