Victoria Beckham is enjoying the spotlight with her timeless utterly feminine dresses.  Here, Marc Jacobs is using his influence and power to join in the fight for marriage equality.

The fashion giant has teamed up with HRCHuman Rights Campaign to design a limited edition T-shirt featuring the image of a lesbian couple with their child and the words, “I pay my taxes, I want my RIGHTS!” on the front and “Marc Jacobs proudly supports Human Rights Campaign” on the back.

Because of the Federal Defense of Marriage Act, legally married same-sex couples are excluded from more than 1,100 federal rights and benefits of marriage, many of them related to taxes.

Previous HRC designs have been released by Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Perry Ellis, Kenneth Cole, Alex & Chloe, Christian Siriano, Heatherette, Nike and American Apparel.
