Judge Embarks Over Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana and D&G brands have undergone an embarkment by Milan based judge Simone Luerti who last month notified a trial of designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce for alleged tax evasion ruling out charges.

A 29-page judge ruling has been deposited in which Simone Luerti declares Italy’s Revenue Office and its proceedings “with a carelessness that was frankly excessive”. Whereas the Italy’s tax authorities have in turn alleged the concern designers, Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce have baffled the taxes by transferring their firms’ ownership to the holding firm.
