Alexander McQueen exhibit that kicked off on May 2, 2011 as Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute's new exhibit has now been extended till August 7 rather than its closing date July 31.

Alexander McQueen exhibit  has earned such a marvelous applauds at Metropolitan Museum of Art that it has decided to change the closing date from July 31 to August 7, 2011. Exhibits that include some of glorious photos of late designer’s most remarkable pieces will also remain open on Mondays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. when the rest of museum remains closed; though the visitors have to pay an extra $50 fee.
