Joanna Krupa and Mel B attend Post-Oscar Bashes in near Identical Dresses by same Designer

Joanna Krupa and Mel BThey are both reality television stars, but now that isn’t the only common thread between the two. Joanna Krupa and Mel B donned similar dresses by designer Walter Mendez at different post-Oscar parties on Sunday.

Joanna attended the Fame & Philanthropy Party in Beverly Hills while Mel B was at Elton John’s 22nd AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing And After Party. Mel B seemed to be having a good time at the gala as she even posed for affectionate photos with her fellow America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum.

Walter Mendez DressThe two wrapped their arms around each other and Heidi even placed her hands on the former Spice GIrl’s derriere. The singer looked muscly and toned and her tight fitting grey sequined dress fell into a fish tail right around her ankles. Mel B’s dress showed a bit more skin than Joanna’s as it featured cut outs in the outside thigh area.

Joanna’s dress extenuated her slender features and had less sequins around the waist area of the grey dress. She wore her blonde locks in an exquisite updo and had natural complementary make-up on her face. The Real Housewives Of Miami star has been turning heads on the red carpet leading up to the Oscars as she stunned at the OK! Magazine Pre-Oscar Party on Thursday.

joannaJoanna was clad in a halterneck black number that featured a sheer cut-out from her chest to her slender waist, as well as a textured gold detail. As opposed to the post-Oscar gala, she opted to wear her signature blonde locks down and straight on this occasion. On Wednesday, Joanna took advantage of the opportunity to meet the Dalai Lama at an Ann Curry hosted Q&A event at the California Science Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Despite most celebrities opting for a more demure look to be in the presence of ‘his holiness,’ Joanna picked a long pink gown that featured a plunging neckline. She wore her her down in a slight curl and held onto a white and gold checkered clutch purse.

Joanna documented the experience on Twitter and thoughtfully posted the message: ‘Wish everyone had the same views as the Dalai Lama. Our world would b filled w kindness and compassion not hate and jealousy.’
