Kim Kardashian Bursts into tears While Talking About How Coparenting With Kanye West Is ‘Really F—king Hard’

There is no holding back. Kim Kardashian burst into tears while revealing a unique insight into her co-parenting relationship with Kanye West.

“I absolutely protected him, and I will continue to do so in the eyes of my children. For my children. So, my kids don’t know what’s going on [in] the outside world,” Kardashian, 42, stated on the “Angie Martinez IRL” podcast, which was released on Monday, December 26.

The reality star recounted her ongoing efforts to shield her children from West’s controversial social media statements.

“I’m hanging on a thread. I know I am so near to it not happening, but as long as it is that way, I will guard it to the end of the Earth. “My children know nothing,” she went on. “At school, some of my best friends are teachers, so I know what happens at recess and lunch. “I can hear what’s being said.”

Kardashian stated that she takes an effort to “protect” what her children see online.

“It is [a full-time job]. It’s worth it because, “I think, of course, I want to detach from certain thoughts and things being expressed because that’s not me,” the Hulu personality explained. “But at the same time in my house I may be going through anything, but if we are riding to school and they want to listen to their dad’s music — no matter what we are going through — I have to have that grin on my face and blast his music and sing along with my kids. [I can] behave as if nothing is wrong, and then cry as soon as I drop them off.”

When explaining her relationship with her late father Robert Kardashian influenced her decisions, the California native eventually burst into tears.

“I had the finest father. I don’t want to be emotional, but this has just been a day. It’s difficult. “Coparenting is really difficult,” she said. “I had the finest dad and the best experiences, and that is all I want for my kids. That is all I desire for them as long as they can have it.”

Kim continued: “If they don’t know things that are being stated, why would I ever bring that energy to them? That’s serious, hefty, grown-up s—t they’re not prepared to deal with. We’ll have such discussions when they’re ready. My kids will thank me one day for not sitting with them and criticizing their father. “I believe I could.”

One month after their divorce was completed, the Skim founder made open comments about her relationship with the artist, 45. Kim addressed her public ups and downs with West after initially filing the paperwork to end her marriage in February 2021.
