Wendy Williams reportedly believes her current circumstances are a form of karma for how she treated celebrities during her years as a television host.
Williams had a private dinner with Charlamagne Tha God and Loren LoRosa last year, during which she made a candid admission about her situation.
LoRosa said Williams believed her struggles were connected to the way she had spoken about others publicly.
“She feels like everything she’s going through right now is God getting her back for all of the things that she said, you know, about people,” LoRosa explained.
Charlamagne said he understood Williams’ perspective and reflected on his own past approach to entertainment.
“That s**t that Wendy Williams said to us at dinner is exactly where my energy was,” he explained.
The Breakfast Club host acknowledged that he had previously done things for “clicks and views”, saying those choices ultimately left him feeling empty.
