Kate Middleton was in a cheerful and festive mood as she greeted guests at the NATO reception, which was hosted by the Queen at the Buckingham Palace. Also in attendance were President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. Check out the photos below.

As Prince William is currently busy on a four-day solo royal trip to Kuwait and Oman, Kate Middleton is taking over the responsibilities in the UK, as she attended the NATO Reception for world leaders, which was hosted by The Queen at the Buckingham Palace. Also in attendance were Prince Charles with wife Camilla, who first had tea with US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump at Clarence House. Other world leaders like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel also marked their presence to commemorate NATO’s 70th anniversary.

Speaking of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge was in a cheerful mood as she greeted the guest donning a $965 Emilia Wickstead ‘Autumn’ pleated high-neck crepe midi dress. The gorgeous festive green dress had a mandarin collar along with an empire-line panel at the waist which created the illusion of a pleated bodice and a floating skirt. Sporting her sapphire engagement ring along with dangling earrings, Middleton’s hair was styled in perfect curls while a fresh face of makeup with bare pink lips and winged eyeliner completed the gorgeous look.
