Khloé Kardashian has been in the news a lot lately, possibly more so than any other Kardashian-Jenner. From rumors that she underwent massive plastic surgery to critics slamming her for constantly bringing up the drama with Jordyn Woods, she hasn’t been in the public’s good graces.

Recently, Kardashian spoke up again, this time concerning an ongoing rumor that she could be expecting another child with her ex-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. Not only did the news make headlines, but Kardashian’s response to it really got fans going — with many of them speaking out on social media.

Khloé Kardashian is the third in the original trio of Kardashian sisters, and for a very long time, she was considered to be the most likable sister. She was never afraid to get physical on camera, frequently involving her sisters in wrestling matches and play fighting, and didn’t mind joking around with the family’s image. However, in recent years, Kardashian has lost some of her likability — and a lot of that can be traced to her unfortunate relationships.

Khloé Kardashian’s marriage to Lamar Odom ended in tragedy, with revelations of cheating and drug abuse. Fans stuck by her side as she supported Odom throughout his addiction even as she pursued a divorce. When she started dating another NBA star, Tristan Thompson, everyone was hopeful that this time she would get lucky.

However, Thompson repeatedly cheated on Kardashian throughout their relationship, which under normal circumstances would cause fans to stand up for Kardashian. In spite of Thompson’s infidelity, Kardashian stuck by him, refusing to distance herself from him and supporting his NBA career. For many fans, this has been hard to reconcile.

On a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian revealed that she would like to eventually have another baby so that her daughter, True Thompson, can have a sibling. She also joked about possibly wanting to “borrow some sperm” from Tristan Thompson in order to accomplish this. Her words made headlines almost instantly, with fans speculating that she could already be pregnant with his baby.

As soon as the rumors started swirling, Khloé Kardashian took to Twitter to not only dispel the rumors but to complain about the general treatment that she has been receiving by the public and press. Unfortunately, her rant didn’t have the effect that she expected, and far from taking her side, most fans took the opportunity to bash the way that she has been behaving.

Kardashian’s Twitter rant read, in part: “the nasty things you’re saying about me over A RUMOR! I have seen so many hurtful/despicable stories and tweets about me over a false story. And if it were true… it’s MY LIFE, NOT YOURS.” In the comments, fans called her out on her words, demanding that she apologize to Jordyn Woods and stating that they don’t feel bad for her at all.

One fan posted her own tweet, directed at Kardashian, stating: “I wish Khloé Kardashian would get a life coach or therapist that told her to stop playing the victim on the internet.” Her tweet got a massive response from fans, with people agreeing that Kardashian should “get a life” and that she has entirely too much “time on her hands.”

Others called out Kardashian for her “mean girl” behavior, stating that she should behave better if she truly wants to be the “poster child” for positivity. Kardashian hasn’t yet responded to the latest round of tweets, but it seems likely that she is at least starting to become aware of how her former fans now feel about her — and her troubling behavior.
