The People’s Choice Awards gave us not only a taste of what to expect, style-wise, from the flurry of upcoming red carpet events – but also of the spring/summer 2013 trends that the stars are adopting.

Emma Watson looked to Peter Pilotto‘s spring collection for her red carpet look, wearing a dress featuring the design duo’s signature bold prints, while Chloe Moretz embraced spring brights in a neon yellow Simone Rocha number.

Classic black dresses also had their moment – Jennifer Aniston‘s Dior design came in tiered leather, while Katy Perry and Jennifer Lawrence both chose Valentino LBDs. – Vogue
