EN POINTE: Repetto pirouetted into the world of Fragrance for the first time on Monday, when the ballet-shoe brand’s signature women’s scent entered perfumeries in France. IFF perfumer Olivier Polge concocted Repetto’s juice, which includes notes of rose, pear, cherry blossoms and vanilla bean Dorothée Gilbert, principal dancer at the Opéra National de Paris, stars in the fragrance advertisement, whose print version was photographed by James Bort. Gilbert has been Repetto’s ambassador since January 2012.
