LOS ANGELES – Sir Richard Branson is greeted by Fisker Automotive co-founder Henrik Fisker as he arrives in a Fisker Karma at the Captain Planet Foundation’s annual gala in Atlanta, Georgia over the weekend. Designed and engineered in California, the Fisker Karma is the world’s first luxury Electric Vehicle with extended range (EVer). It offers the performance of a sports sedan with better mileage than the leading hybrids. The Captain Planet Foundation plays a critical role in teaching children about their responsibility to the earth and its resources. Henrik Fisker also designed the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and BMW Z8, both of which have been James Bond’s vehicle of choice.
