Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are in love, but one of them is, allegedly, not ready to settle down.
According to Woman’s Day, Jennifer Lopez has been pressuring Affleck to propose to her because she doesn’t think that they need to wait for years before they tie the knot.

However, Affleck is having doubts about marrying Lopez and it’s not because he doesn’t love her enough. Instead, the actor is worried that his addiction problems will impact Lopez negatively.
“He wants to marry her. But he’s genuinely worried he might put her through the same alcoholic hell he put Jennifer Garner through. It’s all normal for him to be nervous, but he’s also got a great sobriety team around him and Jen’s spoken to most of them, as a group and individually,” the source said.
The source claimed that Lopez knows all the problems that she could face by being with someone who suffers from addiction, but she’s still all-in.

“She knows the pitfalls and she’s clued into the signs now. She’s made it clear to Ben that she doesn’t want to become his sobriety coach, but there will have to be a safety plan in place.
She’s willing to do whatever it takes to ensure Ben takes this leap with her. They’ve both gone through divorces so they know what’s at stake but they’re both in such a strong place now compared to the last time around.

It’s like they’re each other’s missing pieces and they’re having so much fun,” the source said.
Multiple tabloids have been saying that Affleck and Lopez will soon tie the knot or that the couple is having issues because the Batman v Superman actor is not ready to propose to his girlfriend.
As of late, it’s unclear where all these rumors are coming from. But one thing’s for sure: Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are not rushing to settle down.
The couple has been through divorces before and they also have other priorities in life other than each other. They both have blossoming careers and children to take good care of.
