Following Meghan McCain‘s resignation from The Look at, there was speculation that the show’s producers were considering controversial pundit Candace Owens as a replacement.

However, according to Daily life & Design and style, Owens was unlikely to sign up for the show if Whoopi Goldberg had anything to do with it. While Goldberg and McCain had a tumultuous relationship during their tenure as co-hosts, the tabloid said that hiring Owens would be “bad to even worse.” In truth, if Owens joined the show, Goldberg stated that she would be on the street.

“She missing it when she uncovered out ABC was taking into consideration bringing on Candace Owens,” an insider dished. “She basically threatened to stroll if they employed her.” But she is not the only one, in particular, that was opposed to Owens becoming a member of the display.

For a variety of reasons, we did not purchase this story. First and foremost, long before this news was published, we refuted the myth that Owens was joining up for the present. Of course, this did not fit with the tabloid’s story that the show was eager to fire several of its current hosts merely to get Owens on the air. As per suggest, the outlet even stated, “While a rep for the show denies Whoopi, 65, built this sort of an ability enjoy, Candace’s group tellingly claims the pundit has nonetheless to be formally approached.”

So, according to the tabloid, Goldberg’s representative disputed the charges, and no one even asked Owens to sign up for the clear show. For the time being, The Check out is still experimenting with guest hosts in order to find a great fit. Owens was clearly never a viable candidate, and the magazine was simply spreading nonsense.

This was much from the only deceptive story the tabloids released about Goldberg this year. The World reported in July that Goldberg was “on the verge of collapse” due to severe health difficulties.
