Harry and Meghan’s Oprah interview fallout – Complaints, tragic Reunion and Heartache

When the interview aired on TV, it was all everyone could talk about but no one could have predicted the aftermath of the tell-all chat.

When the news hit that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were going to take part in a sit down interview with Oprah Winfrey, the world knew it would be explosive.

The couple’s chat with the US talk show host was all anyone could talk about, but no one could have predicted the aftermath, writes The Mirror.

Around 6,449 people took to Ofcom to complain about the 2-hour long interview, and viewers continued to lodge complaints weeks after it first aired.

During their chat with Oprah, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a series of shocking claims about their time as senior royals.

Meghan told the TV host that she was refused mental health treatment after revealing to palace staff that she was struggling with suicidal thoughts while she was pregnant with their son Archie.

The couple also claimed that questions had been asked about what colour Archie’s skin would be, and Meghan said she believed that the colour of her little boy’s skin was the reason he wasn’t given the title of Prince.

As complaints continue to come in, we look at all the fallout from the interview…
