Australian supermodel Shanina Shaik has tweeted that she was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. The Victoria’s Secret Angel was left "shaken up" but unharmed in the incident yesterday.
Taking to Twitter she wrote: "’My girlfriend and I were involved in a hit and run car accident today still in shock! My bestie and [I] are all ok just "shaken" up! #thankful (sic).”
The 24-year-old was believed to be in Miami, Florida, after telling fans just hours before her frantic tweets that she was heading to the beach for the annual Art Basel show.
The Australian model, who now resides in the US, failed to shed any more light on the incident and has since deleted the post from her account.
