You Won’t Believe What Sarah Huckabee Sanders Just Announced

Sarah Huckabee Sanders just released a dramatic op-ed in The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette on Sunday, and the former Trump press secretary did not hold back on her thoughts on the current administration as she spoke about her reasoning for getting the Covid-19 vaccination.

Sanders, who is a well-known Republican and Trump advocate, used her platform in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette as an attempt to convince Arkansas residents to get the vaccine, sharing that while it is a “deeply personal” decision, it can make a major impact on the country.

Praising former President Donald Trump and “Operation Warp Speed” for the success of the vaccination plan, Sanders wrote, “If President Biden, Vice President Harris, and others on the left truly care about increasing the vaccination rate and saving lives, they should admit they were wrong to cast doubt on Operation Warp Speed and give President Trump and his team the credit they are due for the development of a safe and effective vaccine in record time.”

Sanders also noted that it was because Trump and his family all got the vaccine that she followed suit, implying that he is largely to thank for the current state of public health.

“I was also reassured after President Trump and his family were vaccinated. If getting vaccinated was safe enough for them, I felt it was safe enough for me,” she wrote.

Using this as a jumping-off point, she continued to hammer home the importance of getting vaccinated. “Based on the advice of my doctor, I determined that the benefits of getting vaccinated outweighed any potential risks,” she said.

“As a candidate for governor, I interact with thousands of Arkansans. Being vaccinated would not only protect me but others as well, particularly those at highest risk.”

Continuously referring to the vaccination as “The Trump Vaccine,” Sanders built a case for getting protected against Covid-19 based on the former president, insisting that while, “Some pundits and politicians have resorted to bribing, mocking, and even name-calling to coerce people into taking the vaccine,” residents of Arkansas should “filter out the noise” in order to make a decision for themselves.

Sanders served as press secretary to former President Donald Trump from 2017-2019 and is currently in the running for the role of governor in Arkansas. – shefinds
