Scott Disick, 31, has put Kourtney Kardashian, 36, through hell in recent months, but he’s still convinced they’ll get back together one day. First, he was caught getting way too cozy with his ex-girlfriend. Then, it was a string of wild nights on the town with younger girls. And most recently, an alleged fling with an 18-year-old model. In spite of all his disrespectful behavior, a source tells HollywoodLife that Scott still believes he and his baby mamma will be together again. Has he totally lost it, or is Kourtney giving him a reason to believe?
Scott is finally getting serious about his sobriety and not surprisingly, his family is the main factor in his commitment to recovery. The father of three was terrified that Kourtney would stop him from seeing Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 6 months, so he checked into rehab. And now that he’s in recovery, he’s plotting his next move. “Scott is confident that he can get Kourtney back after he finishes rehab,” a source tells HollywoodLife.
“Whether it’s true or not remains to be seen, but Scott is sure they’ll get back together.” It’s hard to imagine Kourtney taking Scott back after everything she’s had to deal with. But, she’s still “addicted” to him, so anything is possible.
No wonder Scott was worried about losing his kids! According to a recent report, Kourtney has made it clear that she does not want to share custody of her three children with Scott. “Kourtney won’t allow Scott split custody,” the source tells People. “She thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision.” Out of concern for her three children then, Kourtney will “only agree to supervised and limited visits,” between Scott and the kids.
It might sound harsh, but it’s pretty clear Kourtney has the best interest of her kids in mind. And maybe her tough love will get Scott back on the road to recovery and back to being a great dad.
