Tim McGraw, Faith Hill List Their Bahamas Mansion For $35 Million

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill — one of the power couples in the country music industry — has listed their 20-acre private island mansion located in the Bahamas for $35 million

The island mansion offers 1.3 miles of ocean frontage that includes a private dock and two white-sand beaches, Vanity Fair reported. The main property consists of 6,500 square foot including a full-on observation tower, five bathrooms, and four bedrooms.

Other amenities include a private wine cellar, a grotto, a tennis court, and a media room. The high-end kitchen comes with two copper sinks, a Wolf microwave, two Miele dishwashers, and a Sub-Zero fridge, Mansion Global reported.

A source revealed the reason the couple decided to sell their 17-year-old property.

Since Tim and Faith are recently empty nesters, they weren’t getting to spend as much time at the island as a family as they had for many years and instead are spending time visiting their daughters,” the source said, ET Online reported.

The couple admitted to Architectural Digest in 2017 that there were unexpected challenges as it was a completely undeveloped and uninhabited island. The “Highway Don’t Care” star explained how they had to build a “little town” in order to move in.

The couple purchased this mansion in 2003 but they officially moved in after nine years, having turned it into their vacation home, ‘L’île d’Anges.’

“We’ve been all over the world, and we really wanted to create a special place we couldn’t find anywhere else,” Hill said.

Every time we land the plane and walk onto the beach and head up to the house, we turn to each other and say, ‘This is the best place in the world,’” McGraw added. Hill and McGraw have three daughters — Gracie, 23, Audrey Caroline, 19, and Maggie Elizabeth, 22.

McGraw spoke to ET in August and noted how great it felt to spend time with family in quarantine.

He also shared how his daughters make big meals and set the table outdoors for dinner.

“It’s nice to sit with your daughters, having a glass of wine and talking about politics and getting into these political arguments and discussions, and playing these games,” he gushed.
