Paula Patton filed for divorce from Robin Thicke two weeks ago. But Paula Patton wasn’t letting the legal formalities of her failed nine year marriage dampen her spirits as she stepped out in New York on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old looked relaxed as she showed off her shapely toned legs in a pair of skintight ripped jeans while strolling through the Tribeca neighbourhood. She teamed the jeans with a bold black and white checked shirt and donned pointed suede ankle boots.
Her brunette locks sported a slight wave and she shaded her eyes with some silver-rimmed aviators, completing her outfit with a coordinating leather shoulder bag. Perhaps she was smiling about her rumoured new romance with musician Zac Waters who has reportedly already moved in to her Calabasas home.
According to RadarOnline sources have said: ‘Zak moved in with her a couple of weeks ago. They are very happy together and he treats her how she deserves to be treated.’Documents from a Los Angeles courthouse show that Paula filed for divorce on October 3 and according to TMZ she cited irreconcilable differences and was seeking joint legal and physical custody of their four-year-old son Julian.
Paula met Blurred Lines hit maker Robin when she was aged 16 at an under-21 dance club on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. They started dating in 1993 and were married on June 11, 2005.
The couple announced their separation in February after rumours surfaced that Robin had cheated on the star. And in June Robin released his seventh studio album titled Paula, a tribute to his estranged wife.
