Trump And The GOP Were Handed Yet Another Humiliating Supreme Court Loss

The Supreme Court has refused to take a lawsuit alleging that the 2020 presidential election was contaminated with widespread voter fraud. Attorney Marc Elias tweeted that this “closes the door on the last Trump/GOP post-election lawsuit.” It is over, according to CNN reports.

CNN claimed, “that the court’s majority has no interest in relitigating the last election.”

“Before Monday, the justices had already declined several requests to dive into one of the most litigious elections in history, denying petitions from then-President Donald Trump and other Republicans seeking to overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won,” the report continues.

The case was highlighted by Jim Bognet, a former Republican congressional candidate, who lost his race against incumbent Rep. Matt Cartwright (D), and four individual voters who somehow argued that the state high court surpassed its authority when it ordered the expansion of ballot deadlines amongst the coronavirus pandemic.

Remarkably, Republicans are using the pandemic situation as the talking point of ballot deadlines. The virus has already taken over 572,000 American lives as if they aren’t aware of the risks or don’t want people to vote because that would mean their candidate would lose.

Today, five months have been passed after the election, Trump is unable to accept the fact that he had lost in both the electoral and popular vote. This last case must have sent Trump screaming up and down the corridors of Mar-a-Lago as Melania shelters in her separate bedroom while latching the door. That’s what happens when you give a malignant narcissist with zero political experience the keys to the White House.
