Just a few of the rooms and features include a 50 foot entry hall, living room with 22 foot arched ceilings, library, billiard room, formal dining room, breakfast room, and family room, along with an outdoor terrace capable of accommodating up to 400 guests for a sit-down dinner. In 2007 the home was listed for $165 million with the price eventually dropping to $95 million.

Home to Microsoft creator, Bill Gates, this 66,000 square-foot mansion is built into the side of a hill that overlooks Mount Washington. The space includes a 2,500 square-foot gym, an 1,000 square-foot dining room, heated flooring and driveways, and a 60′ indoor swimming pool with windows offering natural lighting. In 2009 the value was assessed at around $147.5 million.
